Phere Energy Inc proposes to drill, test and complete, if productive one vertical well and re-complete two existing wells in the West Ranch Field in Jackson County, Texas. This Field is a known producing field. The lease that Phere Energy Inc acquired has existing wells with proven pay zones behind the pipe in each well.  Phere Energy Inc will drill one well and re-complete two others conducting the testing necessary to determine which pay zones to exploit in each of the 3 wells.

Our sales strategy is simple.  Because of our location, production, and neighbors in this field we find that most of our current investor base snap up our programs as they are released.  With that, we have a strong referral business and of course seek new investors in order to maintain our investor base.
