                                              Sunnybrook Oil Pay
                                       Fifteen Well Drilling Project 

JMack Energy is a small independent oil and gas energy company, based in Central, Ky.
Our project is the drilling 15 new wells drilled to the Sunnybrook pay.This project consist
of three leases contains 300+ acres. With three acres per well spacing we have the spacing
to drill 100 new wells in this Sunnybrook oil pay.These well will be drilled to the maximum
depth of 2,000 feet. We have performed radiometric surveytest to evaluate the chosen
drilling locations.We have been collecting data on this area for several months and we have
fractor maps, fault line maps. Maps and data from the Department of Mines and Minerals
and our radiometric survey tests. Estimate the Sunnybrook production to be a minimum of
50 barrels of production a day per well. We anticipate the production to hold its production
for 12 to 18 months before it’s decline curve after 18 months it to settle down and hold its
productionfor 24-48 months.We will share our data with a potential buyer. For more
