Richland Resources will drill 2 wells in 2012 on the 1,360 NET acres in the immediate area. The 2 wells will be in the Woodbine Sands. Drilling is to commence in March/April of 2012 with the second well to commence in November/DecemberD2012. Richland Resources has assembled 100% operated working interest in Leon County, Texas. Recent developments in horizontal drilling and fracking have been applied to the Woodbine Sands, yielding promising flow rates. Operators have reported flow rates in excess of 400 to 1,200 BOPD with ultimate recoveries in the 300,000 to 450,000 BOE range. Porosities in the Woodbine regionally range from 10% to 16.9% with yellow fluorescence and odor present. Until recently, production has been dominated by the Glenrose Lime of Alabama Ferry and Eileen Sullivan Fields. Localized Sub-Clarkesville production exists in structural settings and up-dip pinch-outs. Horizontal drilling in the Woodbine Sands has taken place in OSR-Halliday Field and Pleasant Ridge Fields. Richland Resources believes that the Woodbine formation is a perfect candidate for horizontal drilling and fracking. Richland anticipates reserves as reported by other operators. Richland Resources is interested in selling Working Interest in 300 Units to its investors for this Two Well Project. Richland Resources (Richland) is an independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. In May 2011 a successful purchase of 17,600 gross acres and over 3500 BOPD known then as “The Woodbine Acquisition” in Madison, Brazos and Grimes Counties, Texas. Through this acquisition the buyer was Woodbine Acquisition Corporation (WAC), a new E&P company formed by Richland Resources. Since WAC’s formation by Richland’s CEO Ken Goggans, the company has achieved success through an aggressive drilling program instituted in the beginning by Mr. Goggans. Richland assembled a diversified and seasoned management and professional team with many years of experience in the oil and gas industry that now manages all of WAC’s operations. WAC since then has achieved tremendous growth and success through the drill bit. In 2006, Mr. Goggans also founded and managed Manek Energy, an oilfield service company that grew to over 100 employees, from its inception to its sale to Weatherford International, Ltd., in February 2010. Richland is building a history today that will repeat the same success through growth by the drill bit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2012 Richland has closed on 2 properties that will again be driven by the drill bit in the Woodbine and Buda formations. Proven Completion Techniques. Our completion technique has a proven track record of maximizing returns on wells completed in the Woodbine formation. Incrementally increasing the lateral length and the number of hydraulic fracture on new wells has resulted in significant relative production growth. We plan to utilize a technique of drilling 6,000 to 7,000-foot laterals and up to 28 hydraulic frac stages. We believe this process mitigates the inherent risk of oil and natural gas production and increase the cash flow for our assets. Since 2008 there has been a 100% drilling success rate in the Woodbine Properties, and we believe recent drilling activity suggests relatively low variance in production rates for completed horizontal wells drilled in our Core Area.
