Looking for Some Start up Funds

I could collect stuff that people do not want, and turn around sell it on eBay, or even make my own site and sell the items myself.

My name is Taron D. Chandler. I am an aspiring entrepreneur from Tulsa Oklahoma. When I was 19 years old I quit Community College to pursue my own dream of financial security. I have no regrets, and am looking straight ahead. Now, I am a 22 young man; a little older,  little wiser than I was at 19. Over three years I have had to reflect, more than enough time to educated myself into all the different creative strategies not taught in traditional schools to secure wealth in just a short amount of time. I am seeking funding for an idea that materialized into my head as if by magic. It was almost too easy to even fathom. The idea popped into my head that if I could just go get in the truck with my uncle and collect stuff that people do not want, and turn around sell it on eBay, or even make my own site and sell them online. Truly, "another man's trash is another man's treasure". When I came to this realization I knew that I could no longer sit around and daydream about these money making strategies. It was up to me to provide a happy life for my family, to really earn a living doing something that I consider fun, easy and see it to fruition. I have 100% percent faith that I will succeed with this business plan, because there is an unlimited supply of "stuff" that people want to give away for free! I am big on assurance. Because if I don't have that assurance, I prefer to not bother. But I don't see anything wrong with this idea of making money. I request $18,000 because I think that would be enough to set up my LLC and also tools and resources to marketing my products and hire movers to pick up items that are out of state. If there is any help you would like to offer, please let me know. If you read through all of this and feel where I'm coming from, and what I am pitching, I appreciate you for hearing me out. It's humbling. Thank you so much for your time.

Customer Problem or Area of Opportunity

 People everywhere want to let go a stuff that the no longer need. Sometimes the items are in perfect condition. That's where I come in and collect the item and turn around and sale it for a profit. 

Describe Product or Service

 Various items. TV's, DVD players, Chairs, Tables, Microwaves, Exercise equipment, books, candles etc. Not limited to these items 

Market

 Online shoppers. People looking for discounted items and products. 

Sales & Marketing Strategy

 Online marketing, blogging, and eBay, 

Management Team

 I am my own management team. I do everything myself as of right now. If the product is local. I have access to trunk to haul off the items to be sold.

Business Model

 My business model is what is referred to as the Chicken model. I collect from the public and sell directly to the public.

Competitive Advantage

An advantage to note is the fact that people will always give stuff away, and I will be the one to seize it and sell for a profit. I can't everything because that would be impossible, so if there IS competition, I have the edge to move along until I find something else. 

Barriers to Entry

The only barrier I could think would be paying the movers to help me pick up items in other states. That is where funding comes to the rescue. 

Competitive Landscape

 Possible competition could be anyone who may be pursuing the same strategy buying up the items before me. 

Competitors

I don't think I will have a problem with any competitors, and to be honest I don't think there much competitors out there in this particular niche. Although I am not certain.

Employees

I will need to use a truck to haul local items. But I will need to hire an mover to help me with items out of state.
