We are going to build a solar farm in texas. Their is generated revenue return because everyone needs electricity and growing demand for renewable energy!

1.	Company Description: We are currently in the process of forming the L.L.C. SILA Solar. The company is just starting up as alternative energy company mainly dealing with solar farms. 
2.	Product or Service: We are planning to build a 100MW solar farm in Texas. The farms revenue comes from selling the electricity obviously. Market Analysis: Market is very simple! Everyone needs electricity and in a down economy this is your best bet for investments. It is not a matter of if you will get a turn around it’s how fast. This speed of the turn around is every 3 months once the plant is running and connected to the grid.
Management Team: This is also very straight forward we need funding that is all. We will manage the farm and construction.
3.	Financial Analysis: The electricity is sold back at 7.5 cents per kw/h hour (quote from TXY energy) and is paid every 3 months. Just to confirm 100MW is equal to 100,000 KW/H. Assuming the sun shines 5 hours everyday the turn around in 3 months will be around 3.5 million.

Their is a high demand for electricity, so all electricity generated is instantly sold to TXU! The difference with us is that our product (electricity) is    to sell!
