Internet Startup Seeking Funds for Launch

Hello, I currently am seeking funding to finish my web startup. It is about 50% complete right now, all built with sweat equity. I own 5 URLs with the name in different variations. I own 100% of the company. I am seeking $30,000 USD for a 30% equity stake. This funding will get us to launch. A similar website launched in 2004 and in 3 months they had 4 million users. I beleive what I am creating is better than them, and will generate even more users. I am simplifying what the competition is doing to make it easy for the average user to use.

Revenue will be generated with advertising, Would be cashflow positive  with 200,000 users.
