Collagen Restaurant in Beijing

Collagen is a huge craze amongst women in Beijing now. They believe that eating collagen can keep them looking young and improve the quality of their skin. I hope to capitalize on this by opening a restaurant that serves collagen rich foods.

All the women's TV shows are promoting collagen as a "magic food" that can keep a person looking young, or make them look younger. As a result of this, all women both young and old are buying collagen powders and drinks in hopes to get the effect that the media is pushing so heavily.

To capitalize on this craze, I want to open a 'collagen restaurant' that will serve foods that are high in collagen. Some examples of this include pig feet, fish skin, and chicken cartilage.

Eventually I have plans to turn this into a franchise if it takes off as fast as the collagen craze.
