Sales & Marketing Strategy
The two major trade shows, direct marketing through data bases to the private golf cart owner. Hired sales reps (who currntly sell to golf courses) to take our product to the golf courses who want to demo our product. 100% of the courses we have shown our product to want to demo our washer. Advertising on The Golf Channel for the private cart owner can be added at a later date.
We have been in the marketing and sales industry for over 30 years. We have built a raport within the golf industry through other product lines. Our engineer is a master fabricator allowing us to prototype our other products.
Our model is four fold. In this economic environment, golf courses are looking for a new revenue stream, one which we can supply through our advertising on the LCD screen located above our ball washer. Advertisers have the opportunity to advertise to their target market for 4-5 hours. The average buy is 50 units per course. We offer the courses the option to use our national advertising model. Brand names are willing to pay a premium to get to this target market. The courses get paid through our shared revenue model. In essence, the product pays for itself and generates a nice yearly income for the golf courses.
Our advantage is that we are the only company out there offering this type of product. The technology for golf ball washing has not changed since the 1950's. They still use the manual hand pump. Our product is connected to the front or back of the cart operated with the push of a button. The manual washers being used today cost the golf courses money by sand blasting and re-painting every year. Our product makes money for the courses.
Barriers to Entry
Every golf course we have taken The Auto Wash to want to demo our product before purchasing. Golf courses that take a pass in year one will be re-visited thje following year and shown a quarterly check from courses who have bought.
The only advertising on the golf course is located on GPS units. Because of the hand held free phone apps, GPS on the golf courses will be obsolete in 3-5 years.
